A cremation memorial is a special way to honour and celebrate the life of a family member or friend. A memorial is a testimony of a life lived and is a tribute for future generations. Centenary Memorial Gardens provides a number of garden memorial options which are designed to meet specific requirements. We have exclusive high set memorials, formal rose gardens, wall niches, remembrance plaques and native settings. Please contact our office to speak with one of our Family Consultants who can arrange a time with you to take you on a tour of our grounds.

Garden of Reflection

We appreciate the earliest stages of grieving are vital in everyone’s healing journey and we offer the Garden of Reflection in the hope it provides comfort to visiting families.

Our Garden of Reflection is a transitional area that offers a place for mourners to visit before final arrangements are confirmed for the permanent placement of a person’s ashes. A peaceful and serene setting, the Garden of Reflection provides a physical location for families and friends to visit and reflect on their recent loss.

The Garden of Reflection is complimentary to families and friends of those cremated at Centenary Memorial Gardens.

Exclusive Memorials

We invite you to schedule a meeting with our Family Service Consultants for a no-obligation discussion of your particular needs. We tailor our Exclusive Memorial Packages to appeal to individuals, couples and even to families.

Our exclusive memorials offer flexibility for special requests, Garden Seats and Personalised Trees. Memorial Garden Seats are found throughout Centenary Memorial Gardens. Seats are positioned with thought to the essence of the person they memorialise. Maybe a vibrant area of passing foot traffic; alternatively, a quiet, reflective area surrounded by beauty.

Our consultants can discuss suggestions with you and help define where a memorial garden seat may best be placed.

Family Estates

Family Estates are designed for families to rest together for generations to come. These special gardens feature their own personalised garden design.

Living Memorial

A Living Memorial is a dynamic tribute to a loved-one. As the tree grows it lends its beauty to our landscaped grounds, it provides shade for visitors and homes for birdlife. For year upon year, your living memorial grows and brings joy – yet doubles as a tribute to the family or individual it originally honoured. We have hand-selected an array of suitable living memorials that are now available for your consideration.

Bush Setting

An Australian bush-garden setting, with diverse native trees providing cooling shade in summer. Tracks lazily wind their way between native shrubs to partially shield a visitor’s presence from the mobs of kangaroos, that frequently relax in nearby fields. Designed for the placement of cremated remains, the Forest of Angels is particularly popular with lovers of the Australian bush and the great outdoors. Memorial boulders are available for book of life or single bronze plaque options.

Lakeside Memorials

Allowing yourself to pause, reflect and enjoy treasured memories of a loved-one is an experience to be savoured. Our lakeside gardens overlook our two beautiful lakes. Lakeside Orchid, Terraced gardens and Serenity Rise are close to soothing water views and our water loving birds.

Formal Gardens

A delight for the senses our Rose Terraces follow clear lines of traditional rose gardens to overlook our lakes and fountains. Australian roses explode into riots of colour offering spectacular blooms and delightful fragrances. Visitors are encouraged to walk between the terraces or take a moment to pause, take a seat overlooking the lakes, watch our native waterfowl and their families forage along the water’s edge.

Memorials honour those who were loved in life
and remembered in death.
